Eight pairs of 2022-2023 Champions League round of 16 matches: Leipzig – Man City, Club Brugge – Benfica, Liverpool – Real Madrid, Milan – Tottenham, Frankfurt – Napoli, Dortmund – Chelsea, Inter Porto and PSG – Bayern.

Two of the three recent Champions League finals will recur in the 1/8 round this season, when Liverpool and PSG have the opportunity to collect debt from Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, respectively.

When the lottery from former Bayern Munich midfielder Hamit Altintop brought his old team to meet PSG, CEO Oliver Kahn did not show his emotions.

Defending champion Real Madrid probably doesn’t want to meet Liverpool so soon.

The remaining matches are also difficult to ignore.

Milan and Tottenham are also another balanced match, although the North London club is unbeaten in four previous matches against this opponent.

Another big man in the tournament, Chelsea, will meet Dortmund for the first time in the European Cup, but Graham Potter and his team will not easily advance if they cannot improve their current form.

The remaining two matches are said to be lopsided, when Man City meets Leipzig, and Brugge plays Benfica.

The first legs of the 1/8 round will take place on February 14, February 15, February 21 and February 22, with the return leg three weeks later.
