Lee Khim Fatt shed tears when talking about his wife missing on flight MH370.

More than three weeks have passed since Lee’s wife, Foong Wai Yueng, a flight attendant on flight MH370, disappeared along with 238 others on board.

`I told my children that it would be a while before mom would come home, and I even promised to take her home with the children,` Lee said.

With red eyes, Lee talked about his family’s life right now.

Lee and Foong have a happy family with a 10-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son.

As a veteran flight attendant for Malaysia Airlines for 18 years, Foong is passionate about traveling the world.

`Every time she comes home, she will definitely have a gift for the children,` he said.

Waiting for answer

On March 30, dozens of relatives of those missing on the plane asked Malaysian officials to provide evidence about the fate of their loved ones.

`We want evidence, we want the truth and we want our loved ones,` they said in unison at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur.

Happy family of husband and wife Lee and Foong.

While many families and relatives stayed together in hotels, Lee remained at home waiting for news about his wife and the missing flight.

Lee was very angry with the company’s handling of the incident.

`The company’s management only calls us or occasionally meets us, then they repeat what they said in press conferences,` Lee said.

Too disappointed, Lee decided to hire a law firm in Chicago, USA, to file a petition on his behalf, requesting data from Boeing and Malaysia Airlines.

The wait is a painful time for the relatives.

`Of course, I still hope for God’s miracle,` he said.
